Convenient Location and Friendly Staff
easy access helpful staff late arrival
The hotel is right across from Galataport. It made accessing the Karaköy-Sirkeci-Eminönü line very easy. The staff was very helpful (especially ms. Sude and mr Baykal). They made sure I felt welcomed upon my arrival, late.

The breakfast had many options. I found what I needed to stay on my diet. The top terrace bar offered city views and drinks.

The location is advantageous and ideal for tourists. It is near Galata Tower and the Bosphorus (i found many things within walking distance). The tram runs straight past the hotel.

uncomfortable pillows bad quality sleeping
the location was close to many shops and restaurants tourists would need.
the pillows were not comfortable they seemed old and hard. i asked for new pillows several times even showing the reception how bad they were but they didn't provide better ones. it affected my sleep quality for six nights and gave me neck pain
